Things to do on Oahu

So in about a month, I'm going to Oahu for a few days cause my buddy lives there and I'm getting a free flight. Planning on surfing, cliff jumping, hiking, and some shit like that, but has anyone been there or have experience with some cool places there I should check out? I'm talking cheap shit that either is free or pretty close to it.

Snorkeling, chilling, and consuming massive quantities of shave ice?

Where on Oahu? I believe entrance to the WWII memorial can be free, I think you have to get there early for a limited amount of entrants...probably worth looking into the details.

I spent a day surfing at Waikiki when I was there. It was fun. It's kind of unique that there is this huge beach like right in Downtown Honolulu, but that's Hawaii for you I guess. Showered off with all the homeless and grabbed a beer afterward.

If you rock climb or boulder, there's a good bit of both on Oahu. Also free. There looks to be some deep water soloing as well.
