Things to do in salt lake?

Join a cult, knock on people's doors offering salvation, drinking 3.2% Alc. by Vol. beer, be judged for lack of white skin, and there's an assortment of rock climbing and hiking trails.

If you're into the outdoors at all, salt lake is great because the mountains are right outside the city. Hiking and climbing are easy to find. As far as in the city, check out some of the local Mexican restaurants.

Do a taco cart rally from ogden down to provo. Ogdens got some dank ones that you can hit up. Right were jibyard used to be.

cottonwood heights pool has platforms, cliff jump at wall lake, hike/bike/do outdoorsy stuff anywhere, explore pc, troll mormons at the temple, etc.

Go to Kearns swimming pool they have platforms and you can trick off the third, something that isn't allowed Cottonwood Heights. Also there is lots of hiking/biking/climbing in the Wasatch Front, check out the Cottonwood canyons or head South to Provo. Check out the Park City Olympic Park as well it.s pretty dope, even if you don;t have your gear it's sweet to check out the history and watch people hit the ramps. And if you venture to PC, make sure you check out Main St and hit the skate park.

after that, if youre looking for some short easy to not get lost on hikes I would recommend either Cecret Lake in Alta, or Lake Mary in Brighton.

Go be an idiot and get stuck in the salt flats like I did. Be sure to let your anxiousness get the best of you and turn off the highway where it's still muddy before it's salt.

Oh, and the Traveling Circus did it too, so its cool.

Now go.
