THIEVES IN SUMMIT COUNTY

Hi, these last couple of weeks i have made two trips to summit county and on one trip got my line pin poles stolen at keystone, then on the next trip i forgot my brown dakine gloves at the base for one run and those were stolen. I dont expect these thieves to emerge but I would like for people to stop being douche bags.

this is why instead of buying park gloves i buy welding/work gloves and never use poles. always have an eye on your shit if you want to eat at the lodge eat outside. or you go inside to have a friend watch your gear.never trust anyone
 
the first year i came out here i was still use to the east coast rules, so i left a bag with a sandwich and my shoes at the logde on top of keystone and some fuck stole it. no respect in summit.
 
yeah i skied at crested butte all season and left my stuff when i needed to and never had a problem before...scumit
 
Fuck summit. The mountains suck. They are too crowded, have shitty snow if they get any at all, terrain sucks, traffic is ABYSMAL, and $10 hamburgers?

The one time I went to vail this year my Dakine EP pollard backpack with a LOCK on it got stolen in the vail park for christ sake this was VAIL! Damn technine snowboarders.
 
I wholeheartedly agree with this. i love the parks of summit but after skiing a season at cb ill never go back
