They sold me used skis?

I went to a ski sale today and bought some 06 t halls for $300. So i get home and take a closer look at them and there are a couple cracks in the edges and some rust as well. They place said they were brand new and everything, but i dont understand why there would be 2 cracks and rust on the edges...

Should i take them back and hope o find a better deal, or does it really matter that theres rust on the edges and a couple cracks when they said they were new.

There are no binding holes on them. But that they still have rust and cracks.

Woah, good thought. Armada uses 4 lenght of edge per ski. 2 running the lenght of the ski, and one curver peice in the tip, and one in the tail. They arent cracks, more like seams.

Rust tends to be kindof normal in ski shops that let them sit over the summer

hmm if there really is a legit crack that's not near the tip or tail then I guess take em back. whatever you do leave them unmounted so that there's no question that it isn't rail damage. and rust doesn't matter at all it'll come off when you ski.
