Try coming to the Midwest. There were a few tornadoes like mn nice said but thunder is almost a daily occurance in minnesota. Tonight there's supposed to be severe weather. There was a few days too.

Central VT (Killington to be exact) got ripped hard by a storm last night around 8pm. Hail, big winds, heavy rain, tons of lightening.

Agreed, I love really bad storms, watching the lighting is always awesome. And the ice storm in 2008 was a blast, though having to chop holes in the ice to get water was a pain in the ass. So worth it though.
