Haha....came across this earlier today and I haven't laughed so hard for quite a while.

Little back setting - Dennis Bergkamp was one of the premier players for both Arsenal and the Netherlands in the late 90's and early 2000's. He's unbelievable, his technique and touch is unparralleled and I'm a huge fan.

Unbelievable goal though. France98 was the best world cup. Though I am french so I'm biased as can be.
 
The game is Netherlands vs. Argentina (a well known international rivalry) and thats where the commentator is from.
 
Actually on second listen he might not be, I just heard his excitement and assumed he was an Argentinian broadcaster.
 
yea his pronunciation seems to be a bit dutch. Plus as an argie, there's no way he'd be that excited about a dutch goal.
 
Living in the US we only hear commentators from US/England/South America so whenever I hear someone not speaking english and getting super excited my brain just defaults there.
