If you saw what I think you did, they probably weren't fighting. If they latched claws and spun around in a circle on the way to the ground it is a mating ritual, I saw it in canada, its pretty dope.

I not sure if both birds were bald eagles, I think one was an ospery. The other one was a bald eagle for sure though.

in a vaguely relevant story, when i was out skateboarding, just cruising on my down a country road next to some fields, some kind of large bird of prey (i think it was a red kite) came out of nowhere and nailed a rabbit about 30ft away from me.. crazy stuff, you could hear the rabbit squeaking.. its hard to explain but it was sweet to see..
