my googles were $225 i used them for about 2-3 hours went inside after a race for the awards gave them to my dad so they wouldnt get stolen. then he went up to get a cookie and left them sittin there and they got stolen... im gunna kill the guy if i ever find him

Times have changed. In no circumstance should your twins be left unlocked if they are less than 3 years old. You're asking for them to get stolen if you do. As far as goggles, I've never heard of it happening to anyone I know, but it doesn't surprise me at all. People in general are dickheads.

i got my wisdoms stolen but the person who stole them goes to my mountain all the time. i asked to see them and sure enough there was my pen scribblings on the inside of the frame.

my friend just decided to get into a winter sport, although i tried my best, he chose snowboarding because he thought it would be easier. anyway, he bought a used board and bindings off another friend and went up to the mountain. his first day, he went into get lunch and someone jacked his board. how fucked up is that?

What do you mean there's nothing you can do?

You can prevent it by not leaving it alone or getting a lock.

about 5 boarders got their boards stolen last week and also almost every snowboarding instructer got their board stolen sometime this year

club seals not umm...

k you can not complain about your skis being stolen unless you locked them up. i lock mine up every time with one of those ski keys. and if you were wondering about puting your skis under insurance you can as long as the skis and bindings cost you more than 1000$ i have mine insured, they werent over 1000$ but it was close enought to tell them that it was

yea it happens but not that much.

my grand father was on skipatrol way back when and at mount.baker and if they got a report that skis where stolen they would check every one heading out of the parking lot for the skis (my how times have changed) :(

my friends and i all give eachother one of our skis and then put them at different places if its a crowded day, no one is gonna steal 2 different skis

yeah. other than buying a lock you can split the skis up and put one on one end of the racks and the other one on the other side, but thats not really that reliable either.

My skis are equipped with booby traps. There's a hidden C4 package hotwired to the binding. A micro chip in my boot deactivates the C4 trigger when I click in. So the first sucker to hijack my shit is gonna learn a whole new meaning for the word 'pop.'
