The interest will be handed off to US unborn generation. Just thought you should know because for years the media was hush, hush about this unprecedented bill.

Its more popular now but as Ive said a thousand times on here fuck Israel. We need to top supporting them and other countries. Our relationship with them is fucked up and we waste too much money.

Strangely fixing or health care or education systems are too expensive but giving money to Israel and other countries and throwing money at wallstreet is totally cool with conservatives.

Wasn't the biggest fan of a lot of stuff he did either. He kind of ran on one thing and then went fully "presidential". If it's that old not sure why OP posted it. If its one of those "see this was old" but that's all facebook is these days.

We give mad money to Israel on the regular regardless and we shouldn't. That was my point.

It was passed in May of 2020 under Trump ; but a former bill was passed in 2016.

^ ^ ^ No it was not ; learn how to read ; this bill is an updated version with more fervent support for the Likud.

The Foreign Relations Committee passed a bill on May 21st to give Israel a minimum of $38 billion over the next ten years, despite ongoing devastation to the US economy. The bill was passed in a meeting closed to Senate live-streaming in a voice vote on a group of 15 items. There was no discussion or debate of the bill – the largest such package in US history – and its title was never said… Now the bill will go to the full Senate. If it passes there, it will likely soon be signed into law, since the House has already passed a similar version…
https://www.congress.gov/bill/116th-congress/senate-bill/3176

The bill – S.3176 – will now go before the full Senate. Since the legislation has already been passed by the House of Representatives, if the Senate passes the bill, it will then go to the president to be signed into law.
https://israelpalestinenews.org/sen...rough-38-billion-package-to-israel/#Friedmann

The bill was passed by the committee under two unusual circumstances and with almost no public awareness.

First, Senate Committee Chairman Jim Risch (R-Idaho) refused to allow a livestream of the meeting, despite the fact that the Senate Rules panel had recommended that extra efforts be taken to ensure public transparency while the Capitol is closed to the public and the presence of reporters is severely limited. The Senate’s Press Gallery Standing Committee of Correspondents had objected strongly to Risch’s decision.

Second, the bill was passed without being named, debated, or even discussed, even though it would set into law the largest such aid package in U.S. history. There has been no US mention of the bill by US mainstream media.

The massive package is particularly noteworthy in light of the current devastation to the American taxpayers who will be footing the bill – over $10 million per day. In recent months approximately 30 million Americans have lost jobs, 100,000 small businesses have already closed forever, and over seven million are at risk of doing so.

The bill was voted on as part of a package of 15 bills that were voted on “en bloc” (all together).

After Senator Kaine said he didn’t know what the list contained, Risch responded: “I’m not trying to pull anything here… this was circulated among the staff.”

Risch then rapidly listed the numbers, but did not give the titles. There was then a voice vote and the motion passed unanimously. (See video below.)

Democratic members of the committee had voiced strong objections to blocking a livestream of the meeting because of a different agenda item. After the meeting, Committee Ranking Member Robert Menendez (D-NJ) released a video of the meeting.

None, however, voiced any concern to giving a massive aid package to a country widely documented as a major violator of human rights.

Neither did any Democrats on the committee object to requiring American taxpayers to give Israel over $7,000 per minute when many Americans are suffering catastrophic financial difficulties.

The legislation just passed by the committee would make this disbursal legally required, and, in addition, it would make the $38 billion a floor rather than a ceiling. In other words, the amount of money could legally go even higher.

Given the power of the pro-Israel lobby, combined with the fact that U.S. media are not informing Americans of this use of their tax money, the likelihood is that US money to Israel will go up in the future – possibly even this year.)

Most Americans say they feel the US is giving Israel too much money. Israel has received more US tax money than any other country – on average, about 7,000 times more per capita than others around the world.

The Council for the National Interest has posted a petition against this year’s installment, $3.8 billion. So far, it has been signed by close to 2,000 people.

So, in conclusion now this bill, an updated version in 2020 IS legally binding and now it is a floor and not the ceiling meaning the amount will probably be much higher than 38 billion. So who really owns the US? They seem to care more about some state founded on terrorism than the American people.

This bill also extends authority for the War Reserves Stockpile through 2025, and authorizes annual increases of up to $200 million for 2021-2025, for a total increase of $1 billion.

AND AGAIN, the interest falls on US unborn generations. The Israeli people do not have to pay back the interest, and they all get freely 4200+ dollars.

We shouldn't be giving them any money along with a bunch of other countries. If we can't take care of our own citizens a dollar is too much money. We just have weird things in this country. We live Israel so billions there is ndb. We hate our people and socialism so 10 dollars there will start a huge fuss. We also like plenty of old ass antiquated ideals because we feel they're america or whatever.

Idk. Something about America being the greatest country ever or whatever. Yippie freedom.

Real patriotic conservatives who actually understand what our founders intended, not much left, such as those at the council for the National Interest do not find Israel to be an ally in anyway. Israel's Likud, now in control, originated from a terrorist organization. They have openly orchestrated terror attacks on the west and congress somehow bows down to Netanyahu. Why do both Democrats and Republicans pay homage to this figure? Tells us a lot, does it not?

We spent $593B on medicaid alone last year alone. I think we can afford $3.8B/year on our one true ally in a region full of countries that hate us and want to build nuclear weapons.

If you don't like it you can gi git out! Yeah. Always a great response. The vibes of why our country stilll blows as much as it does while calling itself "the greatest country in the world".

Also if it wasn't for corona I'd be getting on a flight next week to leave till late October. Believe me, I'm very okay with getting the fuck out of America for long periods of time. Honestly if I get to the point where I can get more year round work visas or residency somewhere I would mindd leaving. Our bullshit ego is one if the worst qualities of this country. America isn't bad. It's a decent place but our ego and world policing is horseshit.

We can't fix our own country but we blow up other countries, aid hostile countries in the name of freedom. Seems legit.

America cares more about it's image, the flag, slogans, traditions, than it does about the state of the country. Our ego needs to fuck off and maybe we can actually make America great.

I'm gonna go back to skating for a while before the sun goes down.

Because he is an American. Our behemoth bureaucratic government of whom bow down to Likudnik terrorists and who have a long corrupt history of false flags and treacerhy completely at odds with our founders intentions and the constitution of which includes nearly all presidential administrations for the past 150 years is treason. Voting is thus treason to the republic. A bunch of Latitudinarian constructionists sit in Congress and in the executive, and they hate you and your country.

Strict constructionists are gone.

He's not, his name is referring to what the ultra orthodox want with the country's expansion. Since theres so much to write, the brief version is the orthodox and ultra orthodox believe it is their god given right to expand Israel to its biblical borders as Gods chosen people. Most of Israel disagrees with this but the orthodox jews were always promised a certain amount of power in parliament when the country was formed to get them to join. The history of Israel in reality is one of trying to coexist with neighbors who want to murder them since her inception. We've given back enormous swaths of territory as peace offerings and there have always been wars regardless. The thing is, we kind of gave them that land when it wasn’t for sale to begin with, so it’s like kind of not their fault that everyone in the region wants to kill them over it. Still though, their right wing looks at the right wing in the US and says “hold my beer.”

Well, pardon the jews for not feeling too comfy in Europe after the events of WW2 and campaigning to have someplace they can call home and defend. The ultra orthodox and orthodox are big POS in general though.

That is one reason, but the problem with that contention is that we didn't attack certain soverign states just for oil or LNG. Oil rich oligarchs wanted nothing more than to work with certain middle eastern dictators whereas Iraq was largely an Israeli Neoconservative project that actually hurt American oil interests. Afghanistan is a different story and that involved UNOCAl. Funny how many of the neocons today, who shilled for the Iraq war write books about how the US shouldn't have intervened in Afghanistan.

There is certainly powerful groups with their own geopolitical agendas and think tanks in the US.

And if you want to go further look up the Dancing Israelis on 9/11 in which they fled back to Israel and found it totally normal to say on Israeli TV that they were there to "document the event." They had already set up cameras to film the event and cheered it on when it happened. Plus, the FBI arrested hundreds of Israeli/Mossad spies before, during and after 9/11 that the media just so happened to not talk about.

Menachem Begin, the terrorist founder of Israel's ruling Likud party, bragged about being "the father of terrorism in all the world." The Likud party is now headed by Benjamin Netanyahu. He states:

>>>“How does it feel, in the light of all that’s going on, to be the father of terrorism in the Middle East?”

>>>“In the Middle East?” he [Begin] bellowed, in his thick, cartoon accent.

>>>“In all the world.

It's not just ultra orthodox Jews, and I don't want to get into the race issue with Judaism because for thousands of years it was simply classified as a religion like Islam or Christianity, it was only when Jews were horrendously persecuted in the 15th and 16th centuries did many of them disavow their religious upbringing, threw out religosity and slowly based Judaism on blood and race. That belief made it quite easy for those who loathed Jews to more easily persecute them. Many fervent political Zionists like Herzl have stated openly that they needed to befriend and work with anti-Judaics, even going so far as to encourage their persecuteion and to bring about pogroms so the diaspora would emmigrate to Israel. There's a quote from Ben-Gurion where he advocated Jewish persecution in orde rto fulfill Zionist goals for Jewish emmigration to Israel. Mind you, most poor Jews in Russia in the 19th and 20th c enturies, yddish speaking, probably knew very little about Israel and couldn't care at all about creating a Jewish state.

The Likud party is not particularly religious. They might hang around with Hasidic Chabad sects, like Trump and Kushner do who are fervently Zionistic but most of the Likud are secular and have no religious affiliations. Which means they basically are fronting the biblical pillaging and taking over of land for "greater Israel at the expense of Palestinians and Jews who mind you lived peacefully together in Palestine for thousands of years, whilst not even being religious.

He can become a Canadian instead. He seems to like Canada better so it would probably be good for him to make the move.

I'm going to guess Canada doesn't want him though. Not many countries have immigration policies as liberal as the US's.

Because American veterans that fought the very wars to protect us that you talked about are being thrown away from our society. American tax dollars should go to Americans. Especially those who served.

This is rich coming from the guy who is okay with first amendment rights being infringed upon and innocent people being shot on their own property

Ultimately US aide should be conditional on spreading democracy in the world. If you want our money, fine but you need to chill the fuck out and make some steps toward a peace process. The idea of Trump fanning the flames over there moving the embassy as a big fuck you to a group of poor and oppressed Palestinians is like holy shit epic facepalm. Netanyahu really just wants expansion of territory at all costs, that isn’t really tenable in the long term.

"shot" AKA getting hit with a paintball while violating curfew on a night where widespread looting destroyed dozens of businesses. The First Amendment thing is something you just made up out of thin air.

The curfew allowed people to be sitting on their own porches. If looting was such an issue why worry about shooting someone on their porch who is not looting and not in violation of curfew. Also, not a paintball, a pepper ball.

Trump clearing out peaceful protesters through the use of violence for a photo op is an infringement on the rights of Americans to peaceful assembly.

I'm sure you wish that they went over the third too and started boarding troops in your home. Then you would finally have some boots to lick.

No unemployment monies for you! 4200+ for every 4 person Israeli family plus low cost education and good healthcare. 38 trillion in the next ten years! All because your children's children as US born citizens will be serving this debt/interest! Thanks, Bush, Obama, Trump, Menuchin and congress. What about not having dual-citizens in US government, what about not allowing foreign countries to infiltrate our government or ours to infiltrate other soverign countries? What about this? Whatever Jefferson said, nobody listened.
