The Torontoooo Blue Jays

Its great that we will probably come 3rd in the division despite easily being one of the top 10 teams in all of baseball.
 
such a great game today, i was sitting on my couch for over 4 hours, 2 great wins in a row after the tough series vs tampa
 
Damn that was a good game today, there smashing everything out of the park. Too bad their division is so tough.
 
if they determined playoff teams in a different way the jays would have a better shot. but its so tough with tampa and new york,

even boston.

i remember like 2 years ago the jays had a better season record than half the teams in the playoffs but werent there,

its tough.

right now the jays have the 8th best record in the mlb
 
I'm a Cardinals fan myself. I went up once to Toronto to see them play the BlueJays. I gotta say that the fans are more friendly than average fans all across the mlb.
 
You would make this thread. Haha. But seriously, I do enjoy myself a jays game or two every season.
 
i call myself a tribe fan because i go to cle every summer with my friend and they are the only team i have seen play. but its so much easier to follow the jays living in canada
 
I hate baseball playoffs for the sole reason that Toronto will never make it in. We have the highest salary teams in our division and now that the Rays are actually good we are totally fucked.

I love going to games though so much fun.
 
I like toronto fans because seemingly none of you travel in significant numbers to see the team, which makes my life easier.
 
I have to say, for a bunch of Canadians, Blue Jay fans are irritating bitches at away games. Kudos because, in all honesty, I like when people give a shit.

But fuck Toronto.
 
So damn stoked for this season to start, Only thing i miss about living in toronto is jays games.

Id go nuts to see toronto in the playoffs again, even if its for a 1 game series.
 
it's only spring training, but holy fuck im excited for the regular season now. they look like they might legitimately have a shot. they've got a solid young team now with a couple veterans, and it all seems to be clicking together; the pitching, the pen, the bats..

i fucking love watching baseball. it's my favorite sport to watch, easily. i enjoy watching the pitchers do work, the excitement of a bases loaded situation with a big hitter coming up, huge game saving fielding plays, all that. the neat thing about baseball is that one single swing of the bat can have such drastically different results. either you ground into an inning double play, or you hit a base clearing double. you just never know what's going to happen. bottom of the 9th down by 5? you still have a chance to rally.

all that said, lets fucking go, jays. i've been a huge fan every since witnessing joe carter's home run, live. i was at that game, and i was 7 years old.
 
Just so everyone is aware, this spring the Blue Jays have won 21 games, and lost 4. Yes it's just spring training, but this means more than nothing

hahaha i went to bluejays game a couple years back when i was in toronto and it was honestly me and my buddy on one side and 20 people on the other and the rest of the place was empty.

i was all like, not really, then i checked the timestamp, i remember that season. I need to get to a game pretty soon, they are always fun.
