The skullcandy warrenty

Does it really matter what date you purchased something cause I don't remember it at all. Also i'm sure someones used it, how'd it go? One of my smokin buds ear phones stopped working.
 
i sent two pairs in to get warrantied. one i broke skiing (icons) and the other ear buds on one side just stopped working. They replaced both and i didn't have a recipes or the packaging. I emailed the uk contact address. They told me to send them in and they sent me two brand new pairs within a few weeks.
I posted them in a padded envelope
personally i wont buy anymore skull candy though, both pairs broke again with 2 months of light use over the summer.

 
Just went through this process so I can tell you all there is to know. Both of my buds stopped working so i did the warranty claim through their sight. they send you an RMA #. I sent my buds into them in just a regular envelope. A week later they e-mailed me and put Money into my account on their site. I bought new ones with money left over. They give you an extra $7 bucks for shipping, but my new phones qualified for free shipping so i still have some extra $.
 
same thing dude...I'm seriously thinking about complaining. I paid like 10 dollars to ship my headphones back, and its been almost a year now with no response..poor customer service
