The relationship between skier and content producer

How would you best describe the relationships between skiers (the stars, talent, influencers,)

and the content producers AKA the ones who film, photograph, publish, produce, edit(if necessary), make business decisionsto, clothe and feed the skier, etc. basically the men and women who work behind the scenes to make it happen?

The Skiers perform the skiing while the content producers produce the skiing content made by the Skiers.

ive heard an occasional tickle or hug sneaks in there but otherwise strictly business
