The quads at MSU

So a couple months ago I signed up to be in the quads, seemed like a good setup and I didn't want to get stuck in an all male dorm. But then I started reading some threads on here and it seemed to be the general consensus that all the little bitchy kids end up there. Well, my roommate also skis and apparently has even been working for poor boyz. Actually he probably has an account on here. But anyway my question to you guys is why is it such a bad dorm to be in and should I switch.
 
Yes... You want to be in the hedges or Roskie if you can.. Quads are well I dunno how to say it but they are a little community of their own, and just seem to have some weird kids... Most of the true shit goes down in the Hedges, and tons of people over that side of campus ski
 
so true south hedges may be known as the dirty south but is full of awesome people i spent a good 3.5 years in there and will never forget the good times, if you smoke lots o weed go roskie lots of good times to be had there, the quads people are defintaly out there, there is a reason that place looks like it should be in a harry potter movie, most of the people are nice but really really weird so have fun with that plus with the the hedges and roskie they are coed so you dont have a massive dude fest all the time
 
haha how many girls have you seen running naked through the halls/how many women have team showered??? I can count at least 4 off the top of my head
 
Dude i don't think i would switch. Sounds like your roommates is a pretty legit guy, plus you can always chill with people at roskie or hedges if you want. and it will be nice to have somewhere quiet so you can go out and party and then go home to some peace and quiet when you wanna pass out
 
the quads look dope, but the inside is wack. super small rooms shared with 4 people. you basically sleep in a closet with another man.

but idk bout switching. your roomie seems legit
 
Roskie no question...in my day. The final frontier. North had the bitches, thats guys and girls though. Dirty S had the posers, and Roskie had everybody who does not give a fuck.
 
Your name makes me laugh. Two years ago in South we had this wierd army guy on our floor who we called Leutenant (sp?) Dan. But I think that the quads is where a lot of honors students stay, so if that's a priority, then maybe stay there. Sounds like you have a cool roomate, but you are kind of isolated from the other kids on campus.
 
harsh man harsh, for sure some but owww, really you cant go wrong as long as your in the hedges or roskie, even though roskie is sinking it makes for some good times
 
It was harsh, North has its high points and dirty S was pretty ill. Dylan Hood lived in Dirty S when I lived in Roskie, so I should not say that about Dirty S.
 
dude, seriously? straight grimy? thats just dumb. i would say go to roskie if you smoke a lot of weed, north if you're a bro, and south if you like to get fucked up.
 
idk. im definitely sorta on the cleaner side and a lot of the time i was kind of disgusted by south. people were just destroying shit all the time and it was just well, dirty. mind you both of my buddies were on second floor which i heard was one of the worst.
 
its dirty i will agree, but its not like unhealthy or anything.. people just fuck shit up. its definitely a fun time though, we also got really lucky because there were a lot of cool kids on our floor so that helped..
 
i think it depends on the year, its not like 2nd floor was bad every year. it was just particularly bad last year. kids like pissed in the hallways one night and shit. someone tore all the exit signs out of the ceiling another night. it was a shitshow.
 
Damn I spent 3 years in south and it was a shit show every one.... 8th and 6th floor.. dirty not really... getting old and falling apart, maybe.. a fucking good time, yes
 
couldn't have explained my experience in south any better, definitely many fun times were had there
