The Open Lottery

Soo... Does anyone know whats up with that lottery they set up for the Open? 25ppl had a chanse of getting a spot in the comp.

It said they were charging every one who entered the lottery $5, but they haven't taken anything from my account yet... I'm seriously Really confused. -Got all my tickets set up so it would be nice to know whats going on.
