made some ancho chili pulled pork tacos with tomatillo salsa and heirloom tomatoes garnished with cilantro last night.

i work in a restaurant and we had all those ingredients on hand

tastes suprinsingly good considering it looks like shit

and it's not to unhealthy either if you look at the nutrion facts and considering I'm gaining muscle and losing fat. Yes I lift BRO.

Why would it be so?

boil the ramen

i take a 1/4 onion, chop it up

mix two eggs

heat up the pan, and ad a healthy (non excessive) amount of vegetable butter (dunno what its called in english)

soften the onion in the pan, ad ramen and mix around and let fry to your preferationadd the eggs and mix around, season with salt and pepper and let fry tou your preferation.

Don't see how that's "really unhealthy"? if you know what nutritions you need it's not that bad as you portray it. and as i said, I have not had any problems with it.

... It's not healthy.

Lol at adding salt to ramen which already has an astronomical sodium content and calling it healthy. What the fuck.

this has virtually nothing good for you in it. the eggs give you a complete protein (and the other 70% is fat and cholesterol). The onion gives you a few vitamins, but a 1/4 onion fried in vegetable fat basically gives you nothing. Ramen is like processed grains and preservatives.

just because you are losing weight does not make something healthy. If you only ate this you would NOT be healthy.

If you want to eat healthy you need balanced meals with lots of nutrient-dense plants, some healthy fats, and a good source of complete protein. That recipe you posted is like the exact opposite of this.

also the complete protein does not have to come from one source. not even in one meal. just make sure you are getting all of your amino acids throughout the day.
