The Next 3 Weeks

Here's a list of the events happening in the next three weeks

1. Opening day at my mountain (park city)

2. Thanksgiving

3. My 16th birthday (on thanksgiving)

4. Fall break (in which i should be skiing everyday 6 days off school)

5. A trip to colorado

6. Recieve my liscense and car (worked on car ALL summer long)

and to top it all off!!!...

I'm Grounded. no skiing, no friends, no car, no licensce, and no fun

and all of this is due to the fact, that i told my parents the truth...

fair? no, but i wanna vent
 
went to a party to help someone who wasn't wantin to be there (give a ride home). got there, people were fuckin shit up, talked for a little and left with everyone that wanted out of there. didnt' drink or anything. but later found out the house was broken into and now everyone is gettin busted by cops.. and i wasn't one of those, but i decided to telll my parents i was there anyway, cause it's a big court, arrest, publicly announced thing. so ya, i'm just kinda disappointed right now, mabye next time don't do the right thing?
 
wow dude, thats lame that your parents grounded you for telling the truth. did you tell them you just went to pick your friend up?
 
So 3 weeks to a month grounded? Your parents certainly hit you where it does the most damage.

solution: blackmail, tell em you'll go to the state for child abuse
 
oh rry?.. i hadn't noticed.. so now i owe them 5 weeks of my life, 10 hours of work on our in progress walkway.. and.. get this.. anywhere from $500-$1000. i hasn't been decided yet
 
i'd do a bit of rebelling if i were you, fuck that. your parents are fucking idiots, i'm sorry to say but that won't solve anything. they need to learn how to parent.
 
next 4 months for me:

No school from November until April. Skiing everysingle day with all my best friends who also took winter semester off. Its gonna be amazing.
 
now believe it or not, but no. apparently, it's the fact that i 'lied' to them. when they first found out, they asked if i knew anything about it. i said no, but then later i decided not that smart seeing as kids that were there were starting to go to court
