The mountains are calling

It's that time of year again, at least here in New England. For those of us who ski I have found that not just skiing but the mountains in general are very enticing. From what I have seen on social media here in New Hampshire even non-skiers are making the journey north into the mountains to hike, bike, fish, and kayak. The mountains are calling everyone back to them as winter and fall approach. With school right around the corner I can feel winter creeping in.
 
Up in the northwoods of maine some of my trees are starting to show some fall color (orange and red) and the leaves are falling off of the birch trees. Little further north there was a frost a few nights ago. Im willing to bet money its going to be an early ski season!
