I dont really understand the dog and the house

and the road.

It quite wack

IN my interprentation it is thrusting a girl doggy style while bieng in your house.

I once got high and drew a picture of a jack o lantern on top of a telephone pole. The pole had solar panels on it, and the bottom turned into the talon of an eagle. There were olive branches around the jack o lantern, and some of the leaves turned into birds.
