The liners on my full tilt bumble bee pros get damp, Why?

in all snow conditions my liners get damp, my boots are full tilt bumble bee pros and my liners are intuition, do i need knew liners of knew boots or is there and easy fix?
 
Some kid recently made a thread about this... There's supposedly a hole next to the screw that holds the cable in for the toe buckle. I'll try to find the thread for you.
 
i remember some thread where some guy said that there's a hole in full tilts, which is what causes this. i can't find it though.
