The Kinked Rail Debate

What do you call this rail?

Personally always called it a quad kink. My first encounter with one of these beasts was the infamous Troll quad kink.
 
People that don't count every kink in the rail are trying to hard. It's a quad kink, you won't ever change my mind on that.
 
that particular rail has very tiny down parts so it’s almost like a waterfall but technically it’s a quad king

I don't get how its a debate. Snowboarders call it a double kink apparently and are people that call it a quad are nerds

In my understanding, some people have a more restricted definition of what a kink is. To those individuals, down to flat = kink, but flat to down is not a kink. It might seem silly, but realistically the down to flat kinks are the kinks that matter when ur hitting the rail, and the flat to down kinks don't really matter.

If you follow the BombHole podcast, the snowboard community is claiming a rail with 4 kinks is called a double kink.
 
I call it a quad. I get the dub kink a bit because sometimes you call a dfd a kink rail. I had only heard the triple kink thing a few times before the bomb hole thing. Idk about that one.

that rail is put as a dfdfd not a fdfdf, not a waterfall at all
