Looking to get some surface skis next season. I've heard mixed messages about the give'r ski so I wanted to see if any of yall had any thoughts.

I have them and I don’t like them, not a bad ski at all. Lots of pop, tail is super buttery, but I should have got wets or sum shit. If your used to skiing bentchetlers these will feel similar when you flex the tips, the tails are softer than the tips. They turn a bit funky bc the tips are so wide compared to the waist but they turn nice when your used to them.

Would recommend…no delam issues just od edge cracks from not swapping feet. Bought them lightly used last year and ripped them semi hard this year and still got at least one more season I hope

I’ve never had an issue with any of the surface skis I’ve owned

They seem like a solid ski, not too worried about top sheet damage. I'm currently using K2 Marksmans and the top sheet is pretty rough looking after skiing them for 2 seasons but they still rip like they're brand new

Have the 2020s and they lasted me for 2 seasons. Hella fun skis but not the most durable option. The last few weeks started delaminating underfoot the last few weeks of this season bc of how many edge cracks there were but thats bc i didn’t swap feet. Both tips delamed middle of first season bc of no tip caps but easily fixed with rivets and epoxy. They are softer in the tails than the noses which is weird but super fun. They are suprisingly stable for how soft they are and can pretty much do anything. Only had a few good powder days but they did float decent for a center mount. Highly recommend if you aren’t concerned as much about durability and can take care of your gear. One of my favorite skis i rode.

I had the 2021 givers. Fun ski, and light. Great for swaps and spins off rails. They are really hard for landing jumps and especially flips. If you don’t land perfect you’ll slip out. Also don’t expect them to last long, as with any other surface ski
