yes they do.
intuitions usually pack out more then most stock liners.
I know after I mold mine they pack out a bunch.
Its really disappointing how they won't change the shells at all. If they would take away the ridiculous forward lean, open up the calf and use a tougher plastic, they would have a much better boot. the three piece design is really good, but unfortunatly the problems leave something to be desired. They also need to make a different foot shape for the womens models, right now it is the same as the mens which is lame as fuck and results in almost no sales of the womens boots.
the plastic they use is a joke. I can't stand it. It has got to be some of the softest stuff used in the industry. The lugs wear down way to fast and the only replaceable part is tiny. The proportion of full tilt soles that I end up cutting to attach new lugs is ridiculous. I don't see why it would be to much to ask for them to just make the lugs replaceable.
The calf area is way to tight right now. It just crushes legs of about 70% of people who try it on. If they would just flair it out a bit, more people would be able to use it. It is good to see that they did change the calf shape on the womens boots a bit, but it does look like they just cut it down. hopefully there will be more to it then that. hopefully they will figure out they need to change the foot shape too not just the cuff.
The worst part of the boots however is the forward lean, even with all the shims out the boots still have more forward lean then almost anyone should want. Yes 20 years ago when skis were long straight and skinny forward lean was helpful, but today a more vertical stance is much more important. It seems really week on their part to keep the outdated forward lean.
In short the idea behind the boots is great, they just need to bring them into the 21st century. Just changing the colors and using different liners does not cut it.
