The full tilt sites up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

God Damnit I really want to try these on at a bootfitter near me cause they sound like theyd be perfect for me as I have a very narrow foot, however there are no fucking dealers within an hour of me. Shitty

got to use my pair of this season hotdogger for about a month, and now i want the new one. the red color is just great!

not all the full tilts are wider now. You can still get next years Seth , First chair and Konflict with the narrower width.

it seems that the new "EXTRA WIDE TOE" width is in the liner and not the exterior plastic, which is interesting as I thought the Hotdogger and Booter would come with a wider plastic, not just a thinner liner.
Makes me wonder how noticeable this extra width would be once the boots 'pack out'.

i have pretty dang wide feet and i fit into the hotdoggers easy. it wasnt even my wide foot that was a problem, it was my ankle being strangely shaped that was hurting me. just go to a boot fitter and get them fitted and you should be fine.

hmmm well maybe I can just swap liners... or once i mold the new liners theyll fit well...

also, with the intuition liners, they dont really pack out at all once you heat mold them.

yes they do.

intuitions usually pack out more then most stock liners.

I know after I mold mine they pack out a bunch.

Its really disappointing how they won't change the shells at all. If they would take away the ridiculous forward lean, open up the calf and use a tougher plastic, they would have a much better boot. the three piece design is really good, but unfortunatly the problems leave something to be desired. They also need to make a different foot shape for the womens models, right now it is the same as the mens which is lame as fuck and results in almost no sales of the womens boots.

the plastic they use is a joke. I can't stand it. It has got to be some of the softest stuff used in the industry. The lugs wear down way to fast and the only replaceable part is tiny. The proportion of full tilt soles that I end up cutting to attach new lugs is ridiculous. I don't see why it would be to much to ask for them to just make the lugs replaceable.

The calf area is way to tight right now. It just crushes legs of about 70% of people who try it on. If they would just flair it out a bit, more people would be able to use it. It is good to see that they did change the calf shape on the womens boots a bit, but it does look like they just cut it down. hopefully there will be more to it then that. hopefully they will figure out they need to change the foot shape too not just the cuff.

The worst part of the boots however is the forward lean, even with all the shims out the boots still have more forward lean then almost anyone should want. Yes 20 years ago when skis were long straight and skinny forward lean was helpful, but today a more vertical stance is much more important. It seems really week on their part to keep the outdated forward lean.

In short the idea behind the boots is great, they just need to bring them into the 21st century. Just changing the colors and using different liners does not cut it.

My liners barely packed out... if they did at all. After 140+ days on them.

The forward lean does suck, taking out the shim helps a lot.

The plastic is really susceptible to the temperature, the colder it is out, the stiff the boot feels, sorta sucks. I totally agree with you here.

I had to move my top buckle to the inner macro adjustment to make the calf even tighter (and kept the spoiler). I think i have black man calves though, my muscle is really high up my shin.

Everyone's foot is different... mine fits full tilts perfect right now and im not totally happy about the change in the fruitbooter.... guess I'll just suck it up though, maybe go half a size smaller.

the calfs? on my booters they are way too big, i have them strapped down all the way and they are still not tight enough, and i still have to use a shoe lace to tighten them down alot more.
but yeah i agree with most of what you said, they just need to step it up in quality alot more, they are super comfortable, but they just seem cheap, and like they did nothing to them and just basically kept the same 80's design without fixing obvious problems.

not sure if you knew this or not, but pull your liner, you can move the top wire in to another spot to tighten the top buckle up quite a bit.
