THE FINAL SKI THREAD

Yeah, but I guess if you really wanna try out the 'Bents it's up to you. I ski Grouse/Whistler, Grouse is pretty boring. Apparently we're gonna be able to vote on our park, and they're getting new jibs as well as a freeski event (I think), and a new groomer this season. I'd really like Grouse to get a pipe, I don't really like Cypress.

I'm surprised you went for the Hellbents though, I thought you may have gone for a softer ski.

Yeah, but a 98 waist on the West Coast is pretty common... it's kinda like an all-mountain waist.

I added you to my friends. How old are you/how often do you ski grouse? Did you ski lots last season at grouse?

I'm kinda moving away from Bents, everyone has made me realize they are way too specific for how much pow I ski.

14, ~40 days at Grouse last season.

You might want a softer ski maybe? It would probably be good in the pow still, but funner in the park.

I'd say get the elizabeth. I rode them all last winter in Whistler. As I was living there I must have had at least 50 days on them. They really sound like the ideal ski for you. The bacon I think would be too much work. Also as anyone who has been to whistler knows, the powder gets tracked out so quickly inbounds. And of course the Lizzie is going to be best for ploughing through the bumps. Lizzies ae sick in the park too. As you know Whistler has one hell of a park too. You can just about hold an edge on the ice too on them, something which the bacon or hellbent wont do as well. Besides you could always sell them after 2 years use and get some bacons or no doubt some other equally revolutiobnary ski designed by Pollard.

Get the Lizzies you wont regret it.
