Its weird, the older I get, I do start to judge people more and more.

Its too many kids for one family. I think their methodology to having such a family is weak at best, their entire system of "supporting themselves" smells like a scam from ten miles away including from before the show, I think its fucked that she willingly has high risk pregnancies, and yes, I take care of those fucked up little babies for work. I find it ethically wrong. So much is made about everyone having free will... there comes a point where you go, "nope, we should just stop having kids at this point since its dangerous to us and them."

And I just know they didn't pay for a 3 month NICU stay.

I get what you are saying, but who are you or I to determine what too many is. Shit, for a lot of people, one is too many. I just don't get why people get their panties in a bunch over things that do not effect them in the least. You live your life, I'll live mine and as long as neither one of us infringes upon eachothers well-being, all is good.

Also, women from all over have high risk pregnancies every day and it's happening more and more as couples wait longer to have kids.

I don't care THAT much, but it bothers me if we helped support this family at all.

And I stand by my moral conviction that she shouldn't be having any more kids since they will be at risk.

if effects all of us in a bigger picture sort of way.

family has 20 kids. then those kids have this idea that OK, i should have a bunch of kids too, and it continues. now a family of kids, parents, and grandparents along w spouses is 80+ fucking people. that's a ton of fucking people.

that's 80 people on health care, 80 people buying food, 80 jobs to create, 80 more cars on the road. 80 more peoples worth of trash and shit the buy and throw away.

not everyone has 20 kids, but there's a lot of people that have 4-7 kids instead of 2-3. that's twice or three times as much shit i listed above.

its plain old irresponsible.

I get it. I was just having a discussion with my wife about how the majority of the world's problems are linked to the increase in population.

My problem is with people who pick and choose where to police these sort of social issues. Sure some people probably look at them and say, "Stop reproducing, for the sake of the earth." But, I would guess that the majority of the disagreement comes from a disdain for their religious practices.

It goes back to people preaching freedom, individuality, etc., just as long as it fits into their world view. Which really gets under my skin.
