If you ask me, I think that skiing has gone way down hill in the past few years. theres so many wack kids cruisin down the park because they think its cool to be a skiier.. skiing to be a skier and not actually liking it. but liking the idea.

Why don't you worry about yourself. Sure I could see you not liking a few people if you had some reasons.. but random little kids or "hipsters" is pretty stupid
 
maybe they ski because it's fun and even if they suck they ride through the park and don't hit much because they suck, but I do see sooo many kids who wear all the nicest gear and suck dick at skiing and are there mostly for looks
 
The only problem I have with it is how bunked up the park gets when there's a million little gaper kids flying through, not hitting shit and standing in landings. I spun off of a flat bar into a bank and landed on someone, that should never happen.
 
i think you mean the uprising. this popularization is giving skiing so much more money than it used to make.
 
i love the way skiing has gone, ya theres more idiots on the hill now and more new people but that means that the sport is starting to go in a new way and that its appealing to more people, i always find it wierd when people say that skiing has changed and become worse because its still the same sport that i started and loved from day one 15 years ago and it always will be and no number of people can change that
 
Doesn't matter what everyone else is doing, just ski the way you want to ski. You'll have more fun that way. Besides, if all the "cool" kids are in the park waiting in line for that one jib or jump, you can just go shred the rest of the mountain (if you want).

just give it a few years.

skiing will quickly die off in the next ten years, and then it will be able to be re-born.

just like what happend to rollerblading. they experienced they're boom and then they were banished. but for the people who truelly love this, they and I will never stope progressing. making something outa nothing. skiing will go underground and that is what it needs. fuck off Target, SALOMONEY.... this is skiiing. not a fuking dollar bill. back off.

skiing need more skier owned, and real skiers who ski everything. not just these cunt ass park rats or big mountain tuff guys. if your a real skier you do it all. all i have to say.
