If only there was some way to bring back the Cartel, oh yes, the Siver Cartel. I mean if it can happen to ninthward, I don't see why not. Well, in a legal sense i do, but not in a cheeky, basically worthless NS sense! Bring back Siver Cartel! Virtika would shit.
