The candide grass skiing video has fake sections, right?

First off, yes, I understand this wasn't one run from top to bottom. It obviously took many attempts to get certain shots. And for the most part, he's IS skiing on grass/road/whatever.

That said, a couple things look suspicious to me...

:38 - :43 -- it looks wayyyyy to smooth. That's gotta be fake, right?

1:19 - 1:27 -- come on now... the start of the trick looks fake

1:33 - 1:36 -- this one's tricky because when he's entering the car it looks real... but how come there's no gopro angle for that shot? wouldn't that be the best shot in the video?

Perhaps I'll get ripped apart for this... however, I am a Candide fan and enjoyed the commercial.

He probably did go into the car.. he just practiced without the car many times from a set distance, recorded it, and then backed the car into exactly the right spot from the playback.

He just had to make sure the skis didn't change speed due to ground or ski damage.

But it's Candide so who knows for sure..

Wait, the other thing that might have happened was that he went to the side of the car into a pit, or the car was modified, but I think that jump was real and if the car was full of very soft padding, and he practiced a rolling fall, he could have done it.

He went into the Gondola at the end of OFTD 2.

Look at the windows of that car. Pitch black and you don't see him enter. It might be the tint, or it was skinned black from the inside. In that case, it is hiding something, that he either didn't enter, or he entered but you aren't permitted to tell what happened inside. If the windows weren't altered then I think he could've gone into a pit. If he did actually enter, the insides must have been modified. You can't go into the back of some seats at that speed.

But that can an optional extra for Audi.. the "Candide Funk Trunk"

It's a real cow, it's a real jump and he did rebound off something, and the skin of the cow moved. I'm just not sure enough of the skin moved. Cows are solid and mobile. It might have been real. But at some point that cow was up there and so was Candide... same time? Maybe.

It's an Audi commercial. They have enough money to make any kind of special effects they want. You're telling me he did a back flip on a man made jump in a fucking cornfield? Jumping over the guy on tractor could be legit but basically everything else was bullshit. They only showed go pro footage for the first 30 seconds, after that it was mostly effects.
