The Box (Movie)?

I just watched the movie "The Box"

Overall I thought it was an incredible movie, if not only because it held my attention so thoroughly that I could not get off the couch once. But, it left me very confused on a few points, mainly:

What happened in the part in the library where he goes to the woman and she leads him to the three columns of water? I understand that two would be damnation and one salvation, but what happened there?

Hi, haven't seen the movie, but I think a thorough Google search for discussion boards about the movie could be more fruitful, Media & Arts isn't as popular as it used to be...

Basically there was only one correct decision in terms of being saved, the rest lead to damnation. If you hadnt realized it the bad guys are actually aliens. I absolutely loved that movie as well. like your style.

If you are looking for another mind bender watch "Triangle". It has to do with the bermuda triangle, and i cant say anymore or i will give it away. It is a hell of a thriller and if you can figure out how that one works i commend you, it took me 2 times watching it to put all the pieces together. All i will say is keep in mind that a trianlge has 3 points. The number 3 will be extremely significant, if you can figure it out that is. If not 3 will me nothing more that a number.

Also look into a movie called "primer" another good suspense/thriller/sci-fi.

I did get the alien part, really all I was wondering about is if he chose salvation or damnation?
