I'm a libertarian because:

-I'm as socially radical as you can get, as are some of you I'd bet

(legalize and regulate ever drug, kill the blackmarket)

(male and female abortion should be easy and free)

-I hate bankers, props to the Philippines for putting some of those slimy fuckers to death

-I'm egalitarian

NOW, to address OP's point, charity is important, and so is hard work. In this case, offering yard work to a bum is a cool thing to do, but most of these bums are still bums because of a drug problem, or similar, as shitty jobs are everywhere.

Yes, capitalism as a whole is knida fucked, but I don't think we will get off of it anytime soon as the people who pull the strings are also conveniently those making tons of dosh through the system they control. Going back to the bankers thing.
