The 2010-11 Saga Thread

I have an extremely stupid question that has probably already been answered.

I ordered the large GoldCoast pants and a, yes, I know, medium BlastOFF jacket. My question is if anyone knows if they will come in at two separate times, or if they will come in at the same time.

im assuming XL? if you got large darkside pants ill be annoyed i havent gotten a confirm yet, that would mean everything i ordered has been in for a while now...
 
I'm sorry if this has been asked already, but I would greatly appreciate it if somebody could post a picture of the back of either a king cobra or blue steel jacket. Or I guess anything else that would give me an idea. I know people are starting to get their jackets and I really want to know how the backs look.
 
read through the last 5 pages but didn't see anything.... so anyone got confirmation for smoke n' mirrors pants size L
 
Well just got my XL Gold Coast Pants and XL Syrup Jacket today.... so happy .....even if i have to wait till June to use them haha

I remember someone commented on the Pants saying they look smaller , when pics first came out on the saga site

They definitely feel smaller than last years, waist, thigh etc... whether thats due to the material or not ? This years material is not as stretchy as last years , it has a more vinyl feeling.

They are still plenty big enough though, buit thats just one thing i noticed

Seen alot of ppl saying o should have got L or XL .......XL Jacket is fricken long , im 6"2 and i defintley wouldnt want to go longer, I wouldnt get XL if under 6"2 , just my opinion

-guess im goin to keystone without my saga...not the update i was hoping for (I ordered L King Cobra and L HyrbidToo pants, but then changed my pants to XL Goldcoast, in case anyone is curious about that)

Was this a response to an email you sent them, or just something out of the blue?
 
I used mine this weekend in about the worst weather we get around here (8-10 degrees, windy and snowing with all guns on) and I was warm and dry, but it was 20 degrees warmer the day before and I was cold. haha
 
Ahh. My sister is getting pissed off about it and I keep telling her that they are in the midst of recieving the final shipment of stuff. Teenage girls just don't want to listen...
 
Just talked to saga. For those who are wondering, the L King Cobras should be shipping on the 14th, and express shipping should take 1-2 days.

^saw Ethan's post and figured someone must have been online to help, and whatya know!

talked to Sean, he's a consummate professional. he told me the status of all my gear, obviously the lobster jackets are in but the L darkside pants are not. he said they would be stocked by the 14th, with rush delivery getting it to my door by the 17th. i told him this just wouldn't work because of my travel plans and he said no problem, shipping address could be changed to my friend's house in Minturn, CO no problem.

so i am now worry-free. i really don't care if my stuff is a few days later than expected, just so long as i have it in time to start my season. now it sounds like ill have it for my first day on the snow. super, super pumped. couldnt be happier. if Saga's gear is as good as their customer service, ill be a returning customer.

I'm expecting my stuff today too, although it's definitely subject to change because I'm in canada.

It's too bad that all this is way beyond their control. I got my sgag on like November 15th, maybe a day or two earlier. And people wondered why XL Darkside was so appealing to me. I kinda expected it to get produced first because black is hard to fuck up. hah

read my last post, L darkside pants WILL NOT be in until next week. they expect to ship them on or around the 14th, with domestic delivery around the 17th.
 
anyone know if you can exchange for a different size as long as its still BNIB? Still havn't gotten an email response back
 
Ok. It's been 7 days since the original shipping date. this is getting out of hand. i understand the other side of this, but each day i lose more and more patience.

I ordered a Large HybridTOO and i've skied more than three times already in nothing but a sweatshirt. its extremely annoying.

did ANYONE get a large HybridTOO confirmation?
 
im sure they are doing all that they can. its out of their hands that its being delayed. you people should really plan around this kind of thing
 
I got confirmation. But i ordered pants not the jacket. And in all honesty, its not out of hand at all. This happens every year.
 
they are waiting on shipments themselves, there is nothing they can do, theyve given an update saying when stuff should arrive and that theyre going to express ship it out as soon as they get it. if the best they can do
 
will it be shipped around holidayz (is it in US like 25.12. - XMAS as in all other countries???) or are we supposed to receive the stuff at that time?
 
They should receive the outerwear in the next 5/6 days, after which they will ship them out express so i would expect to have them before the 20th december worst case, 15th december best.

both of these pics aren't good. but the jacket is pretty big on me. im 5'10 and weigh 145. so yeah, just saying its big, and don't go freaking out if you think its gonna be small on you, this isn't that great of a pic. large lobster, still waiting on darkside pants...
