Thankyou Jiberish

heres my little story.....I placed two seperate orders with them during the cyber monday sale. After waiting a little over a week or so, I finally got my package in the mail. I opened it to find only 1 order. I thought, "oh yeah, it was a bigger order, It will just take a little longer." 2 more weeks went by, and to my misfortune, nothing arrived. I got a little suspicious, I had given enough time for the order to arrive, and the only tracking code I received said it was delivered. I contacted Jiberish, and they very kindly assisted me to figure out what was wrong, and apologized thoroughly for the inconvenience. The two seperate orders were confused, and only 1 was processed or shipped.. To top it off, they didn't have 2/3 items I payed for in stock.

Jiberish made things right and let me choose replacements of my choice from their current stock. I got such a sweet deal, and they helped me every step to make sure I was happy. Thank you for being super cool with everything, and not turning me away even though USPS said my order was delivered.

To top it all off, I got a phone call, minutes after receiving my package from Jiberish. They said they had been tracking it for me, and called to make sure I was happy with everything I got and to apoligize for the inconvenience. You guys rock, coolest company hands down.

 
I will say that the one time I had a problem they hooked me up.

Bought the 5-shirt crate for smash and grab and they only sent me 3 shirts. Sent them an email, and within a week, I had 4 more shirts show up on my doorstep.

Not bad.
 
Same to Saga, my friend had a jacket for the whole season and something with the zipper went wrong and he was able to get a new jacket for free from the next seasons stuff.
 
i have found that saga and EC headwear are both just as cool. its nice that these companies are small enough that you can actually talk to them

Not sure why everybody hates FD. Brother has a 2011-12 Suit, and I had a hoody. Quality from what I saw, and fast shipping. Suit yourself bro.
 
Well i mean you did pay 400% of what it costs them to produce so whats the harm in them sending you another
 
i dont know i didnt have as good of an experience with saga. they sent me the wrong size for a hoodie and im trying to return it and buy a new one and have them pay for shipping (i already paid for it once) so that i dont have to pay any extra. after talking to the guy and telling him the coupon code i asked for for shipping didn't work on when i bought through sagaU he basically said yea sorry it doesnt work on that, youre paying for shipping. im a little disapointed since it was the vendor's error
 


one of my items I got from the smash n grab in 10/11 was out of bag and a little damaged I sent them an email over the period of 2 weeks I received 3 more items.
 
Same here with Jiberish. I ordered 2 L t-shirts and I received 2 medium shirts. They sent me the right sizes the next day after I called and told me to keep the other 2. So I went to the Vault and got instore credit for the 2 extra medium sized shirts and bought a blue Lohi for like 27 bucks. Not a bad deal!
 
im not so stoked on them at the moment... First of all after waiting for a week for my order to ship, they email telling me one of my items they dont have in stock. Fair enough, it was busy for cyber monday and shit happens, thats cool. They told me i could replace it with something else, so it was okay (Im not as stoked on the piece i got, but i mean what else can they do in that situation). To make things worse tho, For the replacement piece i picked, they sent the wrong one.. so now i have to send that one back... and since i live in canada i either get fucked by duty and customs every time through.. or i have to drive to washington to pick my shit up, than send it back right away, then drive back later to pick up the right order... thanks goodness they hooked it up hard for cyber monday, so i really cant complain that much

TL;DR they fucked up my order not once but twice, now i gotta waste my time/money with customs, thank god the deals were so good so i cant be pissed
 
sick products jiberish has, but damn they need to get it together. I dont think I have ever had a smooth order from them. Broken zipper (They told me to go to a local tailor and get it fixed WTF?) (charged me 11.99 for shipping and they only paid 4.99 do I had to pay the extra shipping cost at my door WTF?) ect..ect.. I know all you guys are on your knees to them and all, but fuck if you have this big of a market and kids so stoked on your product, how bout you make your customers happy the first go-round. Any company can say "hey, we are sorry, we will let you pick out another item"....but all in all, did you get what you REALLY wanted? did you get it WHEN you wanted? the answer there is NO..Sorry to rant, but I dont get how you guys are still all up jiberish's ass when they make so many mistakes time after time, year after year. Its just not worth it. There are so many local/smaller companies that are so stoked on getting orders that they ship out the second they receive and order and its at your doorstep 2 days later from the other side of the country.
 
Jiberish does work. I was in the Armory store on friday and some guy walked in with a Large Pocket Windy and said it did not fit properly and wanted an xl. They were more than happy to exchange it, working in retail it's stores and company's like Jiberish who operate like this with customers that will operate for many years. Also I asked one of the associates if they had any of the Cemetery Gates shirts in a xl. They didn't even have any in any size out in the showroom. He said hold on one second, a couple minutes later he came out with the shirt and said, lucky I found one, it was in the back of our inventory area on the top self! He was so helpful and I am currently sitting here typing this in my Cemetery Gates Shirt
 
That's not special service, that's customer service. If a company doesn't go to that short of a length to help out a customer, they shouldn't be a company. Most companies, provided a semi-intelligent and personable employee is working, will be more than happy to do that for you.
 
Off topic on the thread... But who knows when's smash and grab usually takes place. Like march right?
 
A few years back i ordered a hat from jiberish and after not receiving it for at least a month i emailed them and promptly received a phone call from Drago apologizing and fixing the situation.
 
You're fucking high if you think it costs less then 20 bucks to make a sweatshirt. Jiberish doesn't even make 50% on most of their piece, which is a normal retail markup. you ignorant kids need to shut up.
 
I'm sorry if my condescending tone (not sure how you deciphered that from an internet post, good work!) but the two people I responded to are completely wrong. You have to be a complete idiot to think it costs under 20 bucks to make a jiberish hoodie, period. Just speaking the truth, sorry if I hurt your feelings, even though I never attacked you.
 
You know how I know you're 15?

Just because he majored in business, doesn't mean he knows jibiersh's specific business number. Any numbskull who has taken some basic business/econ courses knows how companies mark up retail products. The standard is 50% markup for retail and 33% for food/restaurants (or 100% more than cost that one kid referred to 400% of cost). Jiberish does not pay under $20 for their pieces (example, 80-100 dollar hoodie at 400% would cost them 15-25 to produce, while in reality its closer to 50-60). I'm not saying they're the dumbest people around, but their ignorance is shining bright.

As for the condescending part: "you ignorant kicks need to shut up"? Something like that. You were a kid once, ow do you know he's a kid? Implying things there. Does it matter if he's a kid, he could know more about the subject than you. That's what I'm talking about. Everytime you post it's something about "you kids", it's fucking annoying, you acting like you haven't been here at one point in your life. And obviously it doesn't cost 40$(?) to make a sweatshirt the way Jiberish does.

Calling someone a kid or saying you kids is like calling someone dude or man. I call 25 year old friends of mine kids "head these kids are coming down". its not suppose to be condescending.
 
Also, and I know, inb4 Gear Talk, wrong forum bitch, does anyone have a size chart for 11/12 jiberish drop? I don't think they've changed the sizes, but wondering how big a 2xl crew was.

Maybe their outerwear, but it definitely shouldn't cost $32 for a tshirt or a tank top. That's pricier than Ralph Lauren Polo tshirts which are overpriced.
