About a year ago there was a thread on NS called something like: 'Snowboarders wearing Line hoodies'

After a page or two, LINE posted saying they'd send a free hoodie to anyone who posted the first picture of a boarder doing a trick wearing a LINE hoody. After a day or so nobody had claimed it, and I had nothing happening at work, and it coincidentally being my birthday, I got a friend to take a shot, and posted it.

Mailed them, and they said they were out of stock and I had a IOU, and never got back to me. I basically assumed I might not get anything, as that thread was long gone by then.

So I mailed them maybe a week ago when I saw they had new gear, and they said they'd send me it right away, and sorry for waiting. The other day I got a Influence hoodie, and a T-shirt for my gf, because I'd waited so long.

They Express FedEx'd that shit all the way to New Zealand!!

So that's my cool story about how I'm really fucking stoked on that, and how they deserve a shout out. And perhaps if they get some good vibes on here, companies will be encouraged to give stuff away on here some more (;
 
yeah line is so legit, a couple weeks ago i sent them out a pm about how i loved their company not even expecting a reply and they answered within the hour and were so stoked about the praise i was giving then that they sent me a bunch of stickers, an air freshener, and a bandana.

honestly from working in a ski shop and dealing with companies all the time Line is a model for great costumer service...... maybe if some other companies would treat shops the same.......
 
they were always stingy as fuck with their stickers so i never liked them. but thats pretty cool man, im jelly.
 
Thank YOU for your patience (on the hoodie) and thank you all for the kind words. We're skiers who try to do the best for fellow skiers woohoo!

PS: we try not be stingy with stickers and just have been out for months, new ones coming in and the gigantic box of SASE's are coming back before snow falls!
 
Got to be honest, haven't skied any LINE skis, except for the EP pros.

But that's ok, because me and those are butt-buddies in a big way.

I'll probably ski in this hoodie/jacket next season. Suits me (;

you know who is not a cool company underarmer i won a constest 2 years ago and they never sent me my shit after 5 phone calls i gave up.
