Yesterday I put an edit on here that was my "best of" from seasons 2010-2014. I tore three cm of cartilage out of my right knee on an unnat cork 7, and I have had three surgeries and missed the past winter, so I wanted to make an edit.

Thats not what I wanted to highlight.

I got possibly so much inspiration from the positive comments, it was awesome! It honestly reminded me why I love skiing and this community.

But I was thinking that this is so much different than it was just like 7 years, I think that everybody on this site is more positive and supportive of each other than ever before.

End rant, Thank you for all the kind words!

p.s. if you want to see the video and the commentshttps://www.newschoolers.com/watch/...asons-before-knee-surgery#wmZkjMIoht79JQ5I.97

Honestly I'm super picky when it comes to watching an edit all the way through and yours was awesome. It got me so pumped and inspired.

Also, if you don't mind, why 3 surgeries for the injury? Either way good luck healing up and recovering!

Thanks man.

So the surgeries went like this, in order.

1st, clean out the cartilage that had fallen off of my knee, all 3 inches of it

2nd, to take out a cartilage cell and mix it with stem cells so that I could have naturally grown cartilage

3rd, to put the stem cell cartilage cell back into my knee. It was a liquid at this point so the put it in this degradable water ballon like thing and glue it in, it hardened 3 months later when I was allowed to walk again
