Temp. Internet files?

so im not a wiz at computer but i know my way around i tried searching and everything but i had no luck

does anyone know where to find them??? i remember deleting them a long time ago to clean up my computer which im doing right now.

any help?

CCleaner, get it. If you're on a windows machine anyway.

Basically it frees up a lot of space by deleting stupid stuff windows stores. It will clear cookies, temp interwebz files and a whole lot more.

Alternatively, go to my computer>change a setting>network and internet connections>internet options then under the general tab delete the cookies and stuff, it's under browsing history.
 
i'm assuming your using windows

so open up my computer or whatever

and type %temp% in the address bar
