Condolences to the family, skiing this year has been extremely dangerous, and the snowpack is terrifying right now

If anyone is going out to the backcountry, be careful and never go alone, no matter how prepared you are.

so sad. but the guy should know better than to ski back country alone after all the fuck ton of snow they have been getting.

even if you ski bear creek every day, you still shouldnt do it solo because if he was skiing with a friend maybe just maybe he could have lived.

on a brighter note... sooooooooo stoked to be coming home this weekend to shred telluride
