Technine

i saw some guy rocking a technine suit once last season. it was HUGE. like the biggest outerwear that i've seen anyone wear.

I rocked some large gooner pants and they got shredded to shit and were in no way water resistant. I would not suggest getting T9 outerwear.

Bumping this for more infos. Decided to give technine a go.

Had a sick deal and bought the combo 200 shipped to Canada, both are XLT.

What kind of fit should I expect on a skier? Is there a snowboard stance kinda fit to the pants? Jacket lenght? (no lenght on sizing chart)

the way pants fit on a person when theyre skiing vs snowboarding is different. the boots and how your legs sit make the pants fit differently. generally snowboarding your legs are bowed a bit and youre squatting, skiing, legs together and more straight. im sure you can figure that out though. ive never owned or worn any technine outerwear but i had some bindings and aboard back in 06 or something and it was garbage.

I've had some XXL technine rugby pants for the past 2 seasons and they've held up pretty decent, if you can get them cheap then they can be worth it. All depends on how you treat your outerwear. Wouldn't recommend them for really wet snow or rain but the waterproofing is satisfactory if you are just cruising the park.

Aaah they look real good on you, mad stoked on my purchase right now. I live on the east coast and pretty much only ride icy parks so waterproofing shouldn't be much of a problem. Thank you +k!

If wearing a snowboard brand is the least of your problem, Technine is the way to go style-wise.

10x sicker than I expected for the price I paid, thumbs up.
