so given the 3 SUPER AWSOME picks for team NS what is everyone's predictions for what filmers there gunna pick. i would think that LJ would want eheath but that would be a fuckin awkward situation with gus

idk tons about filmers or all the politics but my guess would be

Will start+horner

 
Im thinking lj is gonna pick kevin steen. He is the true mastermind behind clownschool and is a much better filmer and editor IMO than eheath.

I think Duncan Lake is also gonna get chosen. He filmed Matt Walker in the Jiberish Do Werk edit and everything he films is amazing.

It would be nice to see people like will start and galin though..
 
I'm really only familiar with Duncan, but if someone could post some examples of eheath and steen's work I would love to see it.
 
Will Start is an amazing artist. he would have fun filiming and make it show in the final edit. He is also a really good skier, so follow cams would be possible.

Kevin and Duncan no doubt. I'd imagine Gus would have a say in that too though, however I don't think he'd object. Those two bring fire.

Duncan brings straight fire to EVERY edit he does... I honestly don't care what team he's on, I just want to see a JOSS edit from him!

I would guess possible a Filmer from poor boyz since both LJ and Matt film with PBP. That is if they are not going with team USA.

Andy Hahn is still the best pick. Kid is nutty
 
no hate against duncan, but i feel he would not do well filming joss mostly because follows are his strong suit, watch just about any edit he has made, and it would be difficult to do this in joss.
Also you have to remember, it will highly depend on the income or affiliates of the member, it becomes an expensive trip for filmers, having to pay their own air fair and spend their time and other such events, most only go if they have a reason, or have cash, (level1, poorboyz, both had their main men there shooting).
Think about that
 
Duncan and MIKE CLARKE! Just Passing Thru Europe was insane. Walker was a part of that, hopefully he thinks of it.

K-Steen, Will Start, Galin, Horner, all more than JOSS-worthy, so it's going to be tough. It would be nice to see a showreel I guess, but their edits are readily accessible at the same time.

And as soon as eheath started bitching about the choice, he lost any chance he had of going, which is a shame, because he is very talented.
 
Although the majority of the names listed are unbelievable, they should seriously consider who has more experience shooting massive jumps. JOSS angles are extremely different than the majority of those displayed by these filmers.

All would kill it, but who would kill it the most?
 
Who chooses? Because if its anyone but the Team, then showreel will be necessary.

I totally agree with you that shooting JOSS features will be totally different to shooting normal park laps
 
Kevin's most likely going with LJ. One of the best filmers and editors in the industry. I would say Horner too, but I think he might be heading to Haiti around that time. Might be wrong on that though.
 
although eheath being with gus may be awkward it could also go the other way and they might gain some respect for eachother and maybe friendship while spending two weeks together.
