Ski & Snowboard comp in downtown Kennewick Oct 27th 2012

We’re putting together an event that’s never been done in the Tri-Cities before! It’s the first of it’s kind in SE Washington.
The TC Throw Down will be a ski & snow board expo with a live
competition in the middle. There will be booths set-up around the
competition course, DJ & large projection screen streaming live
footage from competition and ski and snowboard videos in between the
action.
Here’s what we have planned: we’ll shut down S. Cascade
St. in Historic Downtown Kennewick, set-up a ski & snowboard course
& haul-in snow. Expo starts at 3 with amateur comp starting at 4
and Pro starting @ 8.
For
the Pros TC Throw Down is a grudge match rail contest. Snowboarders
and Skiers will compete in their own heats with the winner advancing to
the next one. The winner of snowboard and the winner of the ski will
go up against each other for the overall title!

Starts at 4 with a amateur rail Jam for skiers and snowboarders ages 10 and up.
Pro invite grudge matches start at 8.
