Does anyone know how the traveling circus builds their pvc rails? The 3 pvc pipe wide ones.

I think he means how do they attach the PVC to the wood so well.

drill a hole slightly larger than your screw head on the top of the pvc and a small pilot hole on the bottom of the pvc and in your wood use a long screwdriver with a magnetic tip dont worry you will slide right over the holes on top but with multiple pipes you should stagger them wish i had a picture

seamless--you drill through the wood into the pvc

otherwise you get holes that you may eventually catch

It's really not as hard as you think. Pvc and 2x4s are stupidly easy to work with. If you have a drill, a decent saw,some screws, some pvc, some 2x4s you're golden

Don't over think it and you got it.

-put pvc pipe on top of wood the way you want it and duct tape it to hold it in place. This will also keep the pvc from rising when you put screws through the wood into the pvc.

-screw through the bottom of the wood up into the PVC, use as many screws as you need until it's secure

-take off duct tape

-profit

by drilling from the top it puts the screw head inside the pipe which will hold much better also easier to take off
