Tarp and PVC Pipe

I have a moderately large piece of tarp and a nice piece of PVC pipe. How exactly can I make this work

? My parents won't let me get anything like wood to make a drop in, so I'm kind've clueless as to what I can do. I honestly can't wait for winter, so any suggestions on how I can make this work? I don't move very well on the tarp, I've sprayed it with water and what not. So, please help.

Okay, scratch that. I got some snowfence and construction fence and layered it and put it over mulch(which is covering my entire yard). The tiniest slant is in my yard so when I get my new skis tomorrow, I'm going to try it out. Any suggestions?

just try it tomorrow, let us know how it goes, and tell us what exactly was bad about it (not enough speed here, rail sticky, etc) and i'll try to help you out.

okay, tarp slides ok, just make sure the underground is as flat and hard as possible (not concrete hard, but don't put it in loose sand or high grass, it wont work very well) then spray with water and green soap, you can use a broom to disperse the soap...

i did this on my first drop in, before i had turf and it worked ok :)

watchout you don't catch your skis in the construction fencing !

wait, so you expect to push yourself on a tarp on flat ground and have enough speed to complete a rail? good luck! sorry, but its just not gonna happen.

just build a foldable tower and make the drop in tranny, flat, and jump in pieces so it can be stored away, your parents will be chill if they dont have to look at it all the time.
