does targhee have their park up yet? im going to be up there this new years and want to know if i should bring a shovel or not for a back country booter

 
you should make a back country kicker anyway because it would be better than targhees park.

There is no need for either a shovel or a park at Targhee. So many cliffs, so go jump off them instead.

okay heres what you need to do when you get to targhee

1. get in your car

2. throw your crappy pencil skis in the garbage

3. demo some fat skis

4. drive to jackson

5. shred

it probably the shittiest park in the entire world but, its the dopest mountain around in terms of snow vs. terrain

 
Targhee gets all the snow that Jackson gets, and has double-black descents on the new ridge and cliffs in the back bowl that would make the best skiers shit themselves, and of course godlike powder on the nipple. I would second the call for not needing to worry about whether the park is good or not, because you shouldn't be spending any time in it... and by 7 pm all you'll want to do is lounge in the hot tub and tell all the hot chicks about your ridiculous descents.

i don't think this kids gonna ski the nipple. besides we both know the jacksons backcountry is outta control. listen kid if you wanna brag about something go ski once is enough, cardiac cave, central and what the hell you might as well cork off of the bastard. got it? good.

 
Yeah there is no need for a park at Jackson or Targhee. They both have natural features that are sick. I am a big fan of Cody Bowl, if you get a chance check it out. Just make sure you are prepared.

ok, i know targhee has incredible terrain. but a simple yes or no woul dhave helped me out alot more than saying that i suck... i just wnated to know about it, no need to be dueshes about it

 
it'd be sick if they pimped out a crappy cliff band somewhere with sick jumps and rail gaps and stuff, instead of a park (but it would suck if it was in a really remote part of the mountain where the pow is good, or if they fucked with a nice cliff band).

 
1. targhee beats jhole - plain and simple.

2. targhee has radically improved their park this year, and gittin good reviews on it.....if theres snow, jump of a clliff. if there isn't, you got a not-bad park to rock.
