TAOS OPENS TO BOARDERS

It's about time!! Hopefully the other ski only mountains will follow and stop the snotty ski only rules!!!
 
thats sweet. why are they waiting until spring? and why does taos have to do resort renoovations so the resort can "accommodate" snowboarders. i guess it probably is illegal to discriminate against a whole group of people like that.

honestly, i hate 99.5% of all the snowboarders out there, cuz 99.6 really suck, but im friends with a few of them. but really, the ones that i see are balls. they are soooo bad. fuck it pisses me off. im sorry that im ahting and some ones gonna say "well there ar e bunch of boarders that rip". yea, fuck that. as far as im concerned, snowboarders are just making the runs more icy
 
wierd, the other day before the post was up i went on burton.com. they had a video of boarders potching the ski resorts that didnt allow. and now toas opened up for them and its just ironic sonic

there are some good snowboarders out there

but most of them are just a bunch of people doing the "cooler" sport and they are really just getting people like me pissed off at them for scraping all of the powder off of the runs
 
I am pretty sure DC Mtn. Lab is snowboarders only....i think it would actually be cool to see more exclusive resorts to skiers and snowboarders.
 
you guys really think that there would be a site called newschoolers if snowboarders didn't start making terrain parks like 10 years ago, give some respect, there are plenty of shitty skiers out there. the important thing is that everyone is having fun. 9 out of 10 times theres some joey going off the sides of the kick for a rail or sitting on the landing of a jump (youtube it if you don't beleive me) its some dumb skier. stop the hating, go out there and shred, stop being snow racists and generalizing everyone who snowboards
