I'm looking some info on this ski. I would appreciate it if anyone can provide an image or story about the skis. Google hasn't been successful thus far.
 
Armada makes it just for Tanner - It's the exact same ski as the Armada THall, but on the base graphic they throw the Red Bull Logo on before covering it with clear P-tex. In other words, you can't get it unless you name is Tanner Hall or you know him personally and he is kinda enough to give/get one to you...sorry.
 
oh, I miss understood.
I think it's just Tanner representing his sponsors. Red Bull probably pays him a lot of money for him to represent them so he (being part owner of Armada) puts them on the base of his skis in return. I don't think it is any type of cross-brand marketing, I think its just a regular sponsorship deal - like a sticker but worth more.

red bull is creatively using his skis as ad-space.

sort of similar to how skiers in competition circuits (racing especially) ride skis that have special graphics which generally display the companies name in MASSIVE, clearly readable font so when they finish their runs they can click off their skis and pose for the camera
 
usually theirs a rep waiting at the bottom of the race or contest to give the Athlete a pair of consumer model skis cause most athlete skis are a little different than consumer models. Not always the case for freestyle though but for racing this happens pretty much all the time.
 
Ya, you will see the guy with both skis on and another ski in his hand. I always found that funny. It also reminds me of when salomon had the foil graphics put on simons pipe skis that year at x.
