Tanner Hall Mogul

Ive been watching the olympics and it got me thinking about how Tanner Hall started his career doing mogul comps. Once he gets fully recovered, wouldnt it be unreal to see him start preperation for the 2014 games competing for team USA. He clearly has accomplished everything he could in Xgames. Nothing would be better than to see him win the one metal he doesnt have.

Jon is in prep for the 2014 games, it would be unreal if tanner did the same thing.

Huh, one thing wrong with that. His legs/knees are so fucked!!! And moguls is one of the worst things for your knees in all of sport. He has the skill but might not be worth it with how bad his knees are

I am pretty positive Tanner would dominate that event if he didnt smoke the ganj.

He's an incredible athlete, incredibly consistant, and pushes himself so hard.

If it was at all feesable, I'd love to see him make a push for such a thing... it would be so badass to see him show up to the events and qualify on the spot.

No but it is a judged sport, so the reason you see basically every mogul skier, no matter what level, do that its because its just that much extra to sell it to the judges.

Somewhat unrelated, but there was a televised Paul Mitchell event years ago that featured Tanner and some mogul dudes in a sort of combined event. There were rails and then moguls. I've searched and searched for footage, but this one might be lost to the ages.

Tanner used to compete in moguls tons. He slayed them then, and he's only a better skier now, so I think if he really wanted to do it he could have a shot. I mean, the guy did a cork 9 off a fucking cement wall.... Can't imagine it would take him too long to get some of his tricks on moguls jumps.
That's not to demean moguls by any means - its fucking hard, but Tanner has the skill.
