People like you are so stupid it hurts. Look at skateboarding and snowboarding. They are way more popular than skiing and have arguably "changed" for the worse as they gain more and more popularity. What does it really change though? The competition scene? Plenty of people still skateboard and snowboard for the love of the sport and can easily "get away from the daily crowds." Only for people who are consumed with the image of skiing is growth perceived as a bad thing. In essence, you are nothing but a hipster. Fuck off with this shit. I hope people like you quit the sport when it blows up after the Olympics. We have enough poseurs.
 
As long as you dont let the change affect you its all good. Just keep doing what you want to do wit all your homies and then nothing else should really matter, right? As Clayton Vila said something along the lines of the Stept crew is the extent of the ski industry to him.

It shouldn't matter if skiing turns into the more $wag thing to do and you get a bunch of little 12 y/o snapback fiends.
 
Get away from daily crowds and businesses that consume us? Last time I checked the majority of people on here care ALOT about how they look and what products they buy. It is safe to say that Saga and Jibberish consume us. I'm ok with that... More people and money sounds like progression. And population is not going down so we should already expect lift lines to get a little longer each year. So tanner hall chilled with Beiber. I would smoke an L with either just to say I did..
 
Didn't really read this thread and it seems to have swayed off topic from Bieber and THall but I don't really get this whole nerdy Bieber hate thing that everyone on the internet seems to have. I'm not a fan of him but I don't see a reason to hate him like seemingly everyone else on the internet does. Everyone cares too much about people that have no influence on their shitty lives.

Translation:

Tanner and the douche douches were at the douche resort in Panama last week for a douche douche-away that included doucheboarding, doucheskiing, douchebiking on the beach, and of course beach football. Faggot was starting a Panama tour and I guess douched around at the same resort Thursday night. The douches got a change to meet Faggot (which explains the shirtless dickheads you see pictured).
