Is it a long walk from the train station? (bearing mind ill be carrying skis/ boots), Is the Ellis Brigham shop there any good? I want to get some boots, moulded and bindings mounted. And is it worth paying to go on the slope? Or is there only a park on the freestyle nights?

I believe theres only a park on park nights, like most indoor places in the UK.

I should think the ellis brigham is like any ellis brigham and carries all the same brands. the fitting wont be as good as going to an independent store like ski bartlett or freezeproshop.

Okay, thanks for that. Where would be the best place for me to go to buy a good pair of boots, moulded/fitted and get my bindings mounted? I live in Gloucestershire

ski bartlett.

2 and a half hours from Gloucestershire but its better to get your boots fitted properly. They also have a pretty good freeski room there you could check out.

Usually only a park on the freestyle nights - Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday for the main park. The train station is a 15 minute walk, but its over a bridge and through some woods. PM me when you're going, and if I'm there too, I'll make a quick detour and pick you up, since it's about 2 mins by car.

I work at the Ellis Brigham in Tamworth, and have done for a while now. Trust me, we are very serious when it comes to boot fits.

The dome itself seems to have rails out a lot more recently, more so because us EB and TSA boys request them.
