Tall Tee sizing question

Im gonna buy a inspired media T shirt, and it says the 4XL size is a Tall Tee fit, but I have no idea if it will fit right, I dont want it to be super wide, and they have no sizing chart. Would a 3XL be a better fit? the rest of the sizes (M,L) are american apparel fits. I have no idea what to do..
