Tall jacket idea

i just bought one of those like 50inch long rain coats, gonna cut it off at the knees and BAM tall jacket. not warm, but waterproof...and cheap.

I'm sorry but I would hardly consider either of those jackets as tall. The westbeach one in XXL measures 33.5 inches, BAH!
