Taking apart FKS

Hey guys, how do you take the binding apart from the area I have circled? I just ordered brakes/heel pieces from rossi and would like to use the new stuff. Thanks

The new base plate has brakes and arms to the heel?

That would be nice, but usually you have to dismantle them like so, second video.

just keep unscrewing on both screws at the same rate till it comes off
