That survey was pretty poorly built. If your looking to get results biased towards people who use these these drugs it will work out fine, but if your trying to show anything else the data will bone you
 
Done, should be set-up though that if you've never been prescribed the drugs or used them that's the end of the survey for those people.
 
Pretty sure you said in your last thread you were 17 and I think OP stated he preferred if college students take this quiz. No hate but I don't know many 17 year old college students.

On another note I realized if someone has never taken pills prescribed for ADD/ADHD they are only capable of answering the first three questions. Although I realize someone like that will not help you retrieve information anyway
